I have waited to write this until I could upload the picture because it was pretty crazy. Near the river in Vientiean, Laos, there were nightly aerobics classes. It is very cheap to participate, but the crowd is 99% Lao women. They mostly choose 1980's type workout clothes - spandex leggings, a few leotards here and there, and big clunky workout shoes. They are enthusiastic, however, I'll give them that. They get bonus points for working out in that heat, without air conditioning!
